- Microsoft introduces a new Pre-Purchase Plan for Copilot Credits, the currency for Agent consumption
- In addition to Capacity Packs (25,000 credits for $200/month) and Pay-As-You-Go ($0.01/credit), you can now pre-purchase large quantities (300,000+ credits) for use any time over the next year - ideal for seasonal spikes
- Discounts apply across nine tiers, ranging from 5% to 20% off PAYG pricing

Auto-archiving for Exchange Online
- New feature: Exchange Online will automatically archive the oldest mailbox items once your mailbox reaches 96% of its quota
- Complements time-based archiving and helps prevent email disruption from large attachments or AI-generated content
- Archive mailbox sizes remain: 50 GB for Plan 1, 100 GB for Plan 2
- Currently in private preview; public preview from 15 November 2025; general availability in January 2026

- Viva Pulse (team sentiment surveys) is now available to all Viva Glint customers - no separate purchase required
