Microsoft Announce the Removal of Volume Discounts for Online Services on Enterprise Agreements
Microsoft has just announced a significant update to the pricing for Online Services via volume licensing agreements.
Starting November 1st 2025, Microsoft will standardise pricing for Microsoft 365, Office 365, as well as other online services across Price Levels A – D under the Enterprise Agreement.
Effectively, Microsoft have removed the volume discounts for Levels B – D on both EA and MPSA agreements. Meaning a price increase from 6 – 12% depending on your price banding.
What This Means
If you have an Enterprise Agreement or MPSA at a price banding of Level B or higher which is renewing after 1st November 2025, your online services subscription costs will see a price increase of 6% for Level B, 9% for Level C, and 12% for Level D.
