Sheffield City Trust are a not-for-profit organisation who operate sport, leisure and entertainment venues on behalf of the council, ensuring these are affordable and accessible, and helping improve the health and wellbeing of the local population.
The Trust relied on a number of different systems for processes such as customer bookings, which resulted in more complex management as well as a longer user journey, so they were looking for a way of simplifying this alongside improving costs, security, and reporting.
