Service Definition – CSP Support
Ultima’s CSP customers may receive support from:
(a) Ultima directly if a customer is a ‘Direct Customer’ (this means that Ultima buy the CSP licences direct from Microsoft). The relevant Service Definition may be found here; or
(b) One of Ultima’s trusted partners, TD Synnex Ltd, if the customer is an ‘Indirect Customer’ (this means that Ultima buy the CSP licences from TD Synnex Ltd). The relevant Service Definition may be found here
